Team India's Celebration at Wankhede Stadium After T20 World Cup 2024 Victory

After becoming the T20 World Cup 2024 champions, Team India received a grand welcome in Delhi and then Mumbai. Post the victory parade, the team reached Wankhede Stadium, where they were presented with a cheque of 125 crore rupees. BCCI Secretary Jay Shah had announced this reward a day after the World Cup win, and the entire team was handed the cheque now.

Following the ceremony, the Indian players took a lap of honor around the stadium to express their gratitude to the fans. The celebration didn't end there, as the players, including Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, danced to the tunes playing in the stadium.

Virat Kohli, Kuldeep Yadav, and Yuzvendra Chahal waved the Indian flag as they celebrated the end of an 11-year ICC trophy drought. Rohit Sharma was seen having fun with Rahul Dravid and batsman Suryakumar Yadav during the celebrations.

Even before Team India's arrival, Mumbai was gripped with cricket fever. Fans gathered in large numbers, eagerly awaiting the victory parade and a chance to see their favorite stars.
