The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has called a Special General Meeting (SGM) in Ahmedabad on 27 May. There is a possibility that after the meeting, a specific announcement may be made regarding the ODI World Cup. In the meeting, other issues like "guidelines for appointment of physiotherapists and coaches in state teams and confirmation of sexual harassment policy" are likely to come up for discussion.

According to Cricbuzz, one of the five points on the SGM agenda is the formation of a working group for the ICC World Cup 2023 . It is discussed that after the meeting, the full schedule of the World Cup tournament to be held in October-November can be released. Along with this, the members of the organizing committee can also be announced.
Full schedule of ODI World Cup may be released -
Please tell that the full schedule of the World Cup has not been announced yet. However, the tournament will start from October 5 and will be played till November 19 in 12 cities across the country. Ahmedabad will host the World Cup final. At the moment it is also not clear whether the full schedule will be announced or not.
Separate committee will be formed for WPL -
Meanwhile, the BCCI will announce the formation of a separate committee for the Women's Premier League (WPL). The first edition of WPL was organized by the Governing Council of IPL in March. Now the BCCI can form a separate body for the women's league.
WTC team will leave in 3 batches -
The team members will leave for England in three batches for the World Test Championship final. The first batch will take off on May 23, soon after the conclusion of the league stage of the IPL. The second batch will leave for England after the first two play-off matches on May 23 and 24. Finally the last batch will leave after the finals on 30th May. BCCI is planning to organize a practice match for the team.
