Talking about the match, Kolkata, batting first, scored a mammoth total of 204 runs for seven wickets in 20 overs. Rahmanullah Gurbaz scored 57 runs in 44 balls, Rinku Singh scored 46 runs in 33 balls. At the same time, Shardul Thakur, playing an amazing inning, scored 68 runs in 29 balls with the help of nine fours and three sixes. Apart from this, no KKR batsman could even touch the double figure. Venkatesh Iyer three runs, Mandeep Singh zero, captain Nitish Rana one run, Andre Russell out for zero. In the end, Umesh Yadav remained unbeaten after scoring six runs. David Willey and Karn Sharma took two wickets each from RCB. At the same time, Siraj, Bracewell and Harshal got one wicket each.
