The tournament is being touted as the largest T20 World Cup to date, featuring 20 teams. These teams have been divided into four groups of five teams each. India is placed in Group A, alongside Pakistan, Ireland, Canada, and the USA. The tournament will kick off on June 1 with a match between Canada and the USA, and the final will be held on June 29 in Barbados.

Knockout Stage:

 

v The top four teams from the Super-8 will qualify for the semifinals.

v The first semifinal will be held on June 26, and the second on June 27.
